Job Summary: This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end migration activities , customizing tools, training users, and ensuring data accuracy and traceability across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage migration of requirements from DOORS to Codebeamer , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance Perform and optimize ReqIF import/export workflows and manage structured attribute and link mapping Develop and maintain Python scripts and REST API-based automation for post-import validation and tracker population Configure and customize Codebeamer trackers, templates, workflows, and permission structures Create and apply DXL scripts in DOORS to extract, clean, and restructure legacy requirement data Ensure traceability integrity , parent-child hierarchy alignment, and baseline versioning during migration Conduct user training sessions , provide documentation, and support teams during rollout and stabilization Collaborate with internal teams to align tools with system engineering and compliance practices such as ASPICE Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience in Requirements Engineering or ALM tools administration Proven hands-on experience with DOORS (Classic & Next) and PTC Codebeamer Experience with ReqIF-based data exchange and validation Strong skills in Python scripting , REST API integration , and DXL scripting Track record of successful execution of large-scale migration projects (50+ projects preferred) Experience with customizing ALM workflows, roles, and tracker templates
