Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Senior C#.NET Developer who can take ownership of solution architecture, act as an individual contributor, and collaborate directly with US-based clients on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions independently. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using C#.NET and related technologies. Serve as a solution architect , providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across projects. Act as an individual contributor , taking full ownership of modules and delivering end-to-end solutions. Collaborate daily with US-based clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core , and ASP.NET MVC/Web API . Proven experience in solution architecture and system design . Strong knowledge of SQL Server , Entity Framework , and LINQ . Experience with RESTful APIs , microservices , and cloud platforms (preferably Azure). Excellent communication and client interaction skills , especially with international stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications/Nice to Have: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
