We are hiring for our client a leading injection molding industry (foreign MNC Company) Position: CNC Turning Operator Qualification: Diploma in Mech / B.E,B.Tech - Mech Experience: 1 - 4 Years Location : Mahindra City (Chengalpattu) Perks & Benefits: Complimentary meals provided Free cab facility Health insurance coverage Fully air-conditioned work environment Excellent learning opportunities and strong potential for growth Job Description Responsible for manufacturing Turned components in CNC turning machines and inspecting the parts using variable or attribute measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with the company's quality standards. Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability: Operate CNC Turning Machines including Loading , setting of Jobs. Perform Turning operations turning, Facing, Thread cutting, knurling, etc. Planning of tools, fixtures required for turning operation. Inspection of parts using gauges, instruments asper the Drawing requirements. CNC programming knowledge is an added advantage.
