Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience in IBM BAW Development. Proficiency in Java, JEE, Web Services (REST and SOAP). Strong experience with IBM FileNet, IBM BAW, IBM CMIS & IBM ODM. Expertise in developing and customizing Coach Views and Heritage Coach Views. Expertise in simplifying BPM workflows with complex algorithms, and ability to troubleshoot and optimize transactions with high response times. Strong understanding of Business User centred design principles and best practices. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IBM Content Navigator, Developing Plugins and BAW Widgets. Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies. Certification in IBM BAW or Related Technologies.
