Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team in New Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle database management and will be responsible for ensuring the performance, security, and integrity of our database systems. Responsibilities Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring high availability and performance. Perform regular database backups and recovery processes. Monitor database performance and tune SQL queries for optimal efficiency. Implement security measures to safeguard database information. Collaborate with application developers to design and optimize database schemas. Provide support for database-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise. Document database configurations, processes, and procedures. Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and features. Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and other high availability solutions. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming. Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Experience with backup and recovery strategies in Oracle. Understanding of database security best practices and compliance standards. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
