You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing cloud environments with a focus on availability, scalability, and performance. As a Senior Cloud Site Reliability Engineer, you will be expected to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to guarantee high availability, scalability, and performance. You will also be responsible for server administration, including managing and optimizing systems at the OS level for both Linux and Windows environments. Additionally, you will optimize app server-level performance by enhancing web servers, databases, and caching systems. One of your key tasks will be to develop automation tools and frameworks to streamline deployments, monitoring, and incident response. You will monitor system health using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios, troubleshoot issues, and proactively enhance system performance. Furthermore, you will establish and refine SRE best practices, implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment, and conduct root cause analysis for incidents. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role. Strong expertise in Linux administration is required, and knowledge of Windows is a plus. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential, as well as proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. You should possess scripting and automation skills in languages like Python or Bash, expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration tools, and experience with monitoring and logging tools.
