Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Location: Remote Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time / Contract / Freelance Start Date: Immediate Job Summary: We are urgently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing real-time, personalized customer journeys that drive meaningful engagement across digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement real-time personalized experiences using Salesforce Personalization / Interaction Studio . Develop and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages , SMS, and Push channels. Build and optimize audience segments with Audience Builder , Data Extensions, and SQL queries. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales, Service, and Data Cloud for seamless customer experiences. Handle real-time data ingestion for personalized communications at scale. Apply behavioral tracking and AI decisioning for contextual and relevant content delivery. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing strategists, UI/UX designers, and developers. Track and report on campaign performance, personalization metrics, and KPIs . Required Skills: 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) . 1+ year of expertise in Salesforce Personalization / Interaction Studio . Strong command of AMPscript, SQL , and other SFMC scripting languages. Proven experience in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, CloudPages . Familiarity with real-time personalization , push/web personalization techniques. Knowledge of customer data modeling, behavioral tracking, and analytics . Strong understanding of KPIs, campaign analysis , and marketing attribution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Consultant Salesforce Personalization Accredited Professional Experience integrating with Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP is a plus.
