Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Lead Technology initiatives across multiple programs within the account, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall digital transformation goals. - Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in quality engineering practices. - Test Strategy & Governance: Define and implement robust testing strategies, frameworks, and automation approaches to enhance delivery efficiency and software quality. - Scaling QE Capabilities: Expand and strengthen the firm's QE consulting presence by driving innovation, upskilling teams, and leveraging modern testing methodologies. - Collaboration Across Lines of Business: Work closely with digital, technology, and business teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Utilization & Delivery Management: Ensure optimal resource utilization (75%+ billability) while delivering high-quality testing services aligned with industry best practices. - People Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop high-performing QE teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Key Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of experience in Digital, Quality Engineering & Testing, with a proven track record in a consulting or financial services environment. - Extensive experience working with a Banking client and having in-depth knowledge of the various sub-domains and lines of business within the Bank. Experience working in Consumer, Wealth and other lines of business in a Bank. - Strong expertise in test automation, performance engineering, CI/CD integration, cloud-based testing, and AI-driven quality engineering solutions. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Tosca, Cypress, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc. - Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing methodologies. - Experience in tools such as Jira, Rally, Quality centre. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills to drive engagement at senior levels. - Experience in leading distributed teams across geographies.
