As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), you will play a crucial role in enabling organizations to maximize the value of their Oracle investments and transition seamlessly into the cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers achieve their desired business outcomes by leveraging Oracle's managed cloud services effectively. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, overseeing the governance and technical service delivery process. Additionally, you must possess a good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS applications, and their integration with SaaS applications. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with customers, product managers, and business partners to design and deliver effective business solutions. Your project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, customer expectations, and project timelines, will be crucial to your success as a TAM. To excel in this position, you should be a strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
