As a Senior Consultant in EY Business Consulting - Supply Chain, you will be involved in assisting clients in enhancing their supply chain management through innovative solutions. You will work with multinational companies in various industries such as oil & gas, power & utilities, real estate & construction, etc. The ideal candidate for this role should possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP, EWM) and SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management). Additionally, a strong understanding of supply chain operating models, supplier management, and contract management practices is essential. Your responsibilities will include evaluating client ERP systems for SAP implementation readiness, conducting business process mapping, working with procurement and supply chain teams to gather requirements, supporting end-to-end implementation of SAP modules, and collaborating with client IT teams for configuration and customization. You will also be responsible for leading proposal development in response to RFPs, conducting workshops for requirements gathering and user training, monitoring project milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Adherence to Middle East working hours is required for this role. To qualify for this position, you must have knowledge of end-to-end supply chain functions, SAP certifications for S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba, experience with cloud-based deployments, and the ability to travel as needed. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for success in this role.
