Cloud Kitchen Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Cloud Kitchen Chef to join our team and oversee the preparation and execution of meals in a delivery-focused kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working efficiently without a dine-in setup, maintaining high food quality, and adapting to fast-paced, tech-driven operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per the cloud kitchen menu and standard recipes. Ensure all food items are prepared, portioned, and presented in a timely and consistent manner. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, complying with all food safety and sanitation standards (FSSAI guidelines preferred). Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflows during peak delivery hours. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability. Handle packaging and labelling of food items accurately for delivery. Assist in creating or updating recipes and improving operational efficiency for delivery-based services. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly and safely. Minimize food wastage through proper storage and preparation techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a cloud kitchen or high-volume delivery-based setup. Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and digital order management systems (e.g., POS, order aggregator platforms). Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with multiple Kerala Cuisines. Previous experience in a startup or tech-enabled kitchen environment. Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control.
