Job Description

As a Developer at Aptiv, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards shaping the future of mobility by working on cutting-edge technologies and solutions. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating advanced safety systems, high-performance electrification solutions, and data connectivity solutions for automakers worldwide. By developing innovative features related to automotive data logging, telematics, live data streaming, analytics, and more, you will play a crucial role in enabling sustainable mobility and reducing accidents caused by human error. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and debugging applications and systems of varying complexities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the products meet customer requirements and troubleshoot any production software issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be involved in developing software requirements, modifying existing software for performance improvements, and conducting software system testing and validation procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in Python and/or Go development. Experience with CRUD operations, database interfacing, Linux operating system, kubernetes, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, Rabbitmq, and source code management tools is essential. Knowledge of microservices architecture, deployment with helm, and media file processing will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, a high-energy work ethic, and a passion for technology, software, and data are key attributes for success in this role.
