Cloud Computing Intern

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Cloud Computing & In-House Support Engineer who can efficiently manage cloud solutions while providing in-house support for software, hardware, server, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms, IT support, troubleshooting, and network management to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Computing: - Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). - Deploy, configure, and monitor cloud services and virtual machines. - Ensure cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. - Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance. Software & Hardware Support: [ In absence of IT Executive ] - Install, configure, and update business applications and operating systems. - Provide troubleshooting and support for software-related issues. - Manage hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. - Assist with procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT assets. Server & Network Management: - Maintain and monitor in-house servers and storage solutions. - Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. - Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues. - Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard network integrity. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. - Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and database management. - Proficiency in networking concepts, firewalls, and VPN configurations. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware-related issues. - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data backup strategies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
