Job Summary:
The Closing Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of residential
real estate properties within a given region or market. This role involves developing and

targets are met. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining client
relationships and monitoring market trends to adapt to changing conditions.
