Senior Associate Client Referential Specialist (Client Onboarding, Static Data, Custody Ops, Excel/VBA) Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end account opening, modification, and closure. Maintain and update client static data (SWIFT, FX instructions, reporting systems). Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system or feed issues. Respond to client/internal queries within defined SLAs. Support MIS reporting, SOP documentation, and team training.
