Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence, precision, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and updates
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for the creative and strategy teams
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals across multiple projects
• Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and performance metrics to clients
• Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for upselling or added value
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention

✅ Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
• Understanding of branding, media channels, and creative processes
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
