Job Description

Client-Facing PR & Events Plan, anchor, and manage client workshops, city meetups, and CX forums Craft and deliver talk tracks, event content, and presentations Professionally represent CtrlS at public-facing engagements and media interactions Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across sales, CX, marketing, and leadership to ensure event success Drive speaker alignment, leadership participation , and event debriefs Create structured feedback loops and reporting for continuous improvement Brand & Communication Support: Work with the marketing team and PR partners to amplify event narratives Draft event invites, communication material, and post-event visibility campaigns Support overall CX positioning and brand storytelling for CtrlS and Cloud4C Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Event Management 510 years of experience in client-facing events, PR, or corporate communication roles Proven ability to host events and engage senior audiences with confidence Excellent written and verbal communication with strong storytelling ability Strong in coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder relationship management Skilled in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and event/project platforms Good to Have : Background in technology, IT, or SaaS sectors Exposure to CX and tier-based customer engagement programs Familiarity with corporate brand tone and internal communications Ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs under tight timelines
