Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Client Relations Executive to join our team at a well-established corporate insurance firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, handling queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
· Understand client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims
· Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
· Maintain and update client records accurately
· Support sales and account management teams as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· Prior experience in client servicing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
