Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and staffing partners. Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding. Maintain strong candidate pipelines to fulfill current and future requirements. Ensure timely closures and a high submission-to-selection ratio. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT roles across various technologies. This is a hybrid role based in Pune and will require working partly from office and partly remote . The selected candidate will be on the payroll of our partner company . Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract roles. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess fitment. Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers. Negotiate salary and close offers. Maintain candidate data and generate regular reports. Follow up with candidates post-offer till onboarding. Required Skills: 1 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy). Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc. Familiar with full recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using ATS and job portals. Nice to Have: Experience working with MNCs or large IT clients. Knowledge of contract staffing. Other Details: Work Mode: Hybrid (23 days/week in office, rest remote) Location: Pune (ShivajiNagar) Payroll: Candidate will be on the payroll of our partner organization Notice Period: Immediate joiners
