Collaborating closely with a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in establishing Agile Scrum discipline in a domain that is new to this methodology. More important than subject matter expertise is your ability to drive Agile adoption, define and prioritize requirements, maintain a robust backlog, and support iterative delivery. You will be actively engaged in sprint cycles, guiding product delivery from concept to execution to achieve tangible business value. Your responsibilities will include defining and evolving product strategy in partnership with operations, sales and marketing, and executive leadership based on customer needs and market analysis. Additionally, you will own and maintain the Jira backlog, ensuring grooming, prioritization, and structuring of Epics and Stories for effective sprint planning.
