Client Analyst

As a Client Analyst at Data Axle, you will play a crucial role in utilizing data and analysis to support engagements with our external customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve owning various recurring and ad hoc analysis tasks for our customers, utilizing a range of data sources both internal and client-specific. You will be required to pivot between different data tools and sets to construct comprehensive narratives, including web and mobile analytics, email and marketing performance, and customer transactions. Your deliverables will often involve creating Microsoft Excel workbooks and engaging in light Tableau visualization. Collaboration and communication will be key aspects of your role as you partner with stakeholders to ensure that the analysis provided is actionable and drives change. You will proactively investigate data anomalies, highlight trends, and recommend and measure tests on customer marketing campaigns to enhance conversion and ROI. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting the strategy for data collection methodology, analytics tools, analysis conducted, and reports built for each client, ensuring data integrity, governance, and standardized reporting. Furthermore, you will have exposure to more advanced statistical analysis projects for clients, such as persona building, customer profiling, and segmentation. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAS, SQL, and Tableau would be beneficial. A high sense of urgency, the ability to work well in a matrixed environment, creativity in problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
