Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Monitoring of SEM Campaigns:
    Continuously track and evaluate search campaign performance across Google Search Ads and Bing Search Ads using key metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversions, and CPA.
  • Keyword Performance Analysis:
    Analyze keyword-level performance and identify opportunities for bid adjustments, match-type refinements, and keyword expansion to drive efficient traffic.
  • Ad Copy and Extension Analysis:
    Monitor and evaluate ad performance (headlines, descriptions, extensions) to identify high-performing creatives and areas for improvement through A/B testing insights.
  • Search Term Report Analysis:
    Review search term reports regularly to discover negative keyword opportunities and identify new high-converting queries to add to campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization Insights:
    Provide actionable recommendations on campaign structure, bidding strategies, and targeting refinements to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
  • Report Creation and Data Visualization:
    Generate weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific performance reports using MS Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to track trends and performance over time.
  • Budget Monitoring and Pacing:
    Track campaign spending against daily and monthly budgets, identify pacing issues, and work with the paid media team to reallocate budgets for maximum efficiency.
  • Competitor and Industry Benchmarking:
    Conduct competitor research and market analysis to assess positioning and opportunities for improvement in ad visibility and impression share.
  • Collaboration with Campaign Execution Teams:
    Work closely with SEM strategists, copywriters, and web teams to ensure campaign changes are implemented based on insights and recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate tracking and UTM implementation for all search campaigns and verify data integrity between ad platforms and reporting tools
Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid search or SEM campaign analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search) and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of key SEM metrics such as CTR, CPC, QS, Impression Share, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data filters, charts, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and distill insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
