To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Computers, Information Technology, or Engineering, along with at least 5-8 years of proven project experience. Additionally, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of practical software design and development experience in C#, .Net, and ASP .Net, with hands-on experience in creating enterprise-grade software. In terms of technical and functional proficiency, you should have strong development experience in C#, .Net, ASP .Net, and VB. Proficiency in .Net windows form application development and Windows Communication Foundation services is essential, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability, and concurrent programming. Moreover, you should have knowledge in Microsoft .Net C#.Net to develop windows services and class libraries, experience working on different operating systems (Unix, Linux, Win), and familiarity with database concepts and T-SQL programming using MS SQL. Experience with source code management tools such as SVN, GIT, and Bit Bucket, as well as exposure to SDLC methodologies and structured systems analysis and design, will be advantageous. Familiarity with build tools like Maven, Ant, and other SDLC tools such as Sonar and Jenkins is considered a plus. In terms of leadership skills, you should demonstrate excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, the capability to deliver independently and quickly, and exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate and document technical and functional specifications. Your experience in working on large-scale global projects, proactive problem-solving approach, relationship-building skills, team player attitude, and results-driven mindset with good interpersonal skills will be highly valued. Furthermore, you should be someone who promotes continuous improvement, especially in quality, stability, and reliability.
