Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet construction standards. Material Management: Oversee procurement, storage, and utilization of materials efficiently. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local regulations. Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 1-5 years in civil construction, with hands-on experience in site supervision and project execution. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
