Roles and Responsibilities Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee site engineering activities, including supervising laborers, engineers, and contractors. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, structural designers, and other stakeholders to resolve project issues. Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and schedules for management review. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction industry). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials science, and building codes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
