Job Title: Civil Engineer Industrial Construction & Plant Installation Location: Pataudi, Gurugram ( Experience: Minimum 6 years Industry: Industrial Construction, Heavy Manufacturing, Plant & Machinery Installation Project: New Plant Commissioning Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the civil construction and infrastructure development of a new industrial project in Pataudi, Gurugram under the guidance of Chief Engineer . The role requires expertise in large-scale industrial construction, plant and machinery installation, and new project commissioning . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of civil works, from foundation to final installation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee civil construction activities for the new plant commissioning project , ensuring timely execution and adherence to design specifications. Plan, design, and supervise the construction of heavy-duty foundations, steel structures, and industrial buildings to support plant machinery. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to ensure smooth plant and equipment installation . Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project-specific requirements . Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers for material procurement, construction schedules, and progress tracking. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality. Monitor project budgets, cost estimations, and BOQs , ensuring optimal resource utilization. Manage documentation, including daily progress reports, compliance records, and approval processes . Key Requirements: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering . Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial construction, plant infrastructure, and machinery installation . Hands-on experience in structural analysis, heavy foundation works, and load-bearing calculations . Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and MS Project/Primavera . Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations, environmental compliance, and project management methodologies . Experience in handling large-scale projects, especially new plant commissioning . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in FMCG, food processing, brewery, chemical, or heavy manufacturing industries . Knowledge of SAP for project tracking and procurement . Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and other industry-specific compliance norms (if applicable).
