Job Description

As a Civil Site Supervisor at Bricksteel Enterprises, located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Your responsibilities will include supervising and monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and laborers, conducting quality checks, maintaining progress reports, and resolving on-site issues. To qualify for this position, you must have a Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site supervision. You should possess a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
