Civil Autocad Trainer

We’re looking for a dynamic trainer with expertise in AutoCAD Civil / Civil 3D to deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions. You'll design courses, support learners, track progress, and keep training aligned with industry standards. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, Autodesk Civil 3D certification, and 0–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on AutoCAD, Civil AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, covering both basic and advanced civil engineering concepts.
• Develop and update course materials, including practical exercises and real-world project assignments tailored to industry needs.
• Evaluate student performance through tests and hands-on projects, and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Provide technical support during training sessions, helping students troubleshoot software-related issues in real time.
• Stay up to date with the latest versions and features of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and incorporate industry-relevant workflows such as BIM and GIS.
• Hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with 1–5 years of relevant experience in design, drafting, or training.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to beginners and professionals alike.
