Job Description-City Manager Role & Responsibility: • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for an assigned territory. • • • Setting the sales targets, tracking the progress and reporting results on a periodic basis. Onboarding new doctors and managing the key accounts. The role will involve 30% of sales to be monitored closely telephonically from the office and rest need to travel to visit the client if required. • Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation. Conducting regular events for onboarding new doctors and engaging with existing doctors in the local area Achieve the targets related to market penetration. Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics • • • • • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies. Requirements: • • • • Bachelors degree in business or related field. MBA will be preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales and customer relationship management. Ability to use MS excel is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be a number driver person
