Operation and maintenance of the IP network devices and connectivity to local market CISCO 9k, 12k, ASR, routers ,Juniper-MX960,Alcatel -7750,Other connected IP network elements . Continuous 24X7 hours support of IP Core Network . Handling Network complaints- Inci-dent management. . BSC or BE degree in Telecommunication, In-formation Technology or Electrical engineer-ing . 3 to 6 years of work experience in IP Network technologies - ISIS,BGP,MPLS . Deep knowledge and understanding of IP networks and protocols . Good understanding of Core Network archi-tectures and services . Good HW troubleshooting Knowledge. CCNA /CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIS or relevant certifi-cations. . Hands on Alcatel-7750 , CISCO-9k,12K and Juniper routers-MX960 . Good understanding of SD-WAN technologies. . Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
