Job
Description
We are seeking a Circuit Design Engineer specializing in Analog and Low Power circuits with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, India and requires on-site presence. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for designing next-generation hardware for industrial sensors and IIoT systems, focusing on low-power, high-reliability circuits. Your role will involve working on various analog signal paths, chip development, and contributing to the evolution of smart devices from conception to production. If you are passionate about op-amps, precision design, and feedback control, this role is the perfect fit for you. You will be instrumental in: - Designing and simulating analog circuits including op-amps, amplifiers, filters, comparators, voltage/current references, and analog switches - Developing low-power circuits using MOSFETs, BJTs, and analog building blocks - Debugging power stages such as linear regulators and discrete drivers - Performing stability and loop analysis through phase margin, Bode plots, and transient response evaluation - Collaborating with layout engineers for PCB design reviews and ensuring signal/power integrity - Integrating and debugging circuits with microcontrollers, ADCs, DACs, and sensor interfaces - Conducting bench validation, debugging activities, and making design revisions based on test results - Optionally contributing to RF design, impedance matching, and antenna integration - Supporting system-level design reviews and assisting in productization processes - Collaborating with various departments including Component Engineering, Factory, and Procurement The ideal candidate would hold a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and possess at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in power/analog/mixed-signal circuit design. Strong understanding of operational amplifier behavior, offset, CMRR, and frequency response is essential. Hands-on experience with MOSFET/BJT design, analog biasing, and switching circuits is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with control theory fundamentals for loop design and analysis is required. Proficiency in simulation tools like SPICE, LTSpice, Cadence, and experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers are necessary. Nice-to-have skills include exposure to RF circuits or antenna systems, familiarity with industrial protocols like RS-485, 4-20mA, Modbus, and previous experience in taking circuits from prototype to production. Knowledge of EMI/EMC, grounding practices, and robust design for real-world deployment would be an added advantage. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically significant designs in the IIoT and industrial electronics domain, enabling you to learn the full product lifecycle from ideation to manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of hardware, firmware, and product engineers, providing you with the chance to explore RF, embedded systems, and system-level integration in the future.
