Position Production Scheduler Experience 2+ Years Location- Bangalore Education- Any Graduate Looking only from Paint & Chemical Industry Job Responsibilities- Production planning- Prepare daily and weekly production plan in line with the weekly plan from FG planning team Co-ordinate and align the Raw and Packing materials required for smooth operations. On-time Communication across Depts. on any critical requirements and abnormalities. To monitor daily production batches movements and prioritise to ensure the committed dates for delivery. Should be flexible and able to come in shifts to handle the production activities. Follow up execution of production plan and ensure timely completion as per the committed date. Production Monitoring Monitor the status of production batches and maintain the hygiene of process orders to improve the plan compliance. Do data analysis and keep close monitoring on sales/forecast change and materials consumption movement, adjust FG and material plan aligning with FG/RM planning team to ensure adherence to demand. Lead and support Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizens/ CI Projects) as per organization requirements.
