• Postgraduate degree/diploma in Flexo Printing/Flexography or related specialization

Key Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in printing technologies with a specialization in flexo printing/flexography .
• Strong understanding of printing processes, machinery, materials, and quality control .
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end flexo printing operations .
• Experience in managing P&L, revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall business profitability .
• Ability to strategize and drive operational excellence in printing technology domains Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all technical and operational aspects of flexo printing technology .
• Drive innovation and implementation of best practices in flexo printing processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance related to printing operations Monitor and optimize P&L to ensure sustained revenue growth and profitability
• Collaborate with business heads to align technology and operations with business goals Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Mentor and develop technical teams in flexo printing technology

Compensation:

Competitive salary package in the range of INR 40 to 60 LPA (depending on experience and skills)
