Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality continental and Indian dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, plating, and garnishing of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to meet health and safety regulations.
  • Develop new recipes and menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of continental and Indian cuisines with ability to prepare complex dishes from scratch.
  • Excellent menu planning skills with attention to detail on portion control, garnish, and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
