Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Handle direct and indirect taxation including filing returns, tax planning, TDS, GST, etc.
Conduct internal, statutory, and tax audits and liaise with auditors.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and board presentations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Support in risk assessment, internal controls, and process improvement.
