Financial Management:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.2. Taxation & Compliance:- Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).- Liaise with auditors and consultants for statutory and internal audits.- Maintain accurate records for tax filings and regulatory reporting.3. Budgeting & Forecasting:- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.- Monitor budget variances and provide actionable insights to management.4. MIS Reporting:- Generate monthly MIS reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.5. Team Leadership:- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure high performance and adherence to deadlines.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.6. Process Improvement:- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.- Leverage technology and tools like Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems for efficient financial management.Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.- Prior experience in the industry or working with agricultural commodities is preferred.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office Suite.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Key Attributes:- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
