We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in managing end-to-end finance functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS).Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audits.Manage working capital, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.Handle vendor payments and receivables monitoring.Prepare MIS reports and support management in budgeting and forecasting.Assist in improving internal controls and automation of accounting processes.Liaise with consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.Key Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software (SAP, Zoho, or similar).Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or in a team.
