About the Role: This is a new role created to focus on increasing revenue by building additional sales networks through dealers and distributors for the range of products the company has to offer. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing channel relationships and be responsible for achieving the revenue targets through the channels. The key responsibilities for the role will include: Evaluate and sign on suitable dealers / distributors for the company Build improved relationships with the channel partners Work with partners to ensure sales targets are met Gather market information and compete data and share with leadership Train and improve channels Build and execute all channel sales / marketing strategies Share periodic sales & performance reports About the Candidate: This is a new role created to ensure increased sales through the channel network. To be suitable in this role, the incumbent must: Be a Graduate degree | PG preferred Have at least 6+ years of experience in managing sales for white goods With last 2 years with power storage product companies Deep understanding of the West India market Deep understanding of the power storage and similar industries
