As the Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the content production of IMOU Installer APP and IMOU Partner APP, as well as the output of APP operation strategy. Your role will involve designing online and offline image content, shooting video content, formulating brand communication plans, and liaising with the headquarters on design and production effects. Collaboration with local business departments and product departments to plan and execute market activities in the region will be a key aspect of your job. You will also be in charge of designing, producing, and deploying offline materials such as POSM and gifts. Additionally, you will assist in promoting exhibitions, roadshows, and other activities in the region while maintaining the brand's offline image. Your responsibilities will include tailoring feasible online promotion plans (social media, influencer marketing, online advertising, etc.) based on the region's business status and main product strategy. You will be expected to allocate the marketing budget reasonably, assess the necessity and effectiveness of cost investment, and be accountable for each marketing expense and corresponding project. To qualify for this role, you should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. A full-time bachelor's degree or above is required, with experience in a marketing agency preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of marketing work experience is necessary, along with familiarity with social media operations, channel promotion, creative design, and other marketing tasks. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about marketing, with strong learning and execution abilities, as well as good communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English is a must, as it will be used as the daily work language.,
