Key Responsibilities: Issue & Request Management: Handle and resolve complex incidents and client queries promptly to minimize operational disruption. Data & Document Maintenance: Maintain accurate data records and detailed documentation related to projects and processes. Technical Expertise & Support: Provide expert guidance for the implementation and customization of SimCorp One solutions. Independent Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot independently and recommend procedural improvements to enhance service delivery. Client & Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to address complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Change Management: Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes. Reports & Recommendations: Prepare and present detailed reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Client Meetings & Expertise: Participate actively in client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and share expert advice. Optimization for Run: Support SaaS and business service adoption through standardization and efficiency improvements to accelerate time-to-value and profitability.
