As a Senior Manager at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd located in Halol 1 - Plant, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Utilities such as PW, WFI, Chilled Water, Steam, Compressed Air, and Nitrogen for all blocks. Additionally, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and distribution of the water system for all blocks to ensure uninterrupted availability of Utilities for processes. Your role will involve conceptualizing and implementing energy conservation measures for both energy and water resources. You will be required to prepare annual revenue budgets, monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget, and propose annual capital budgets for finalization and implementation of sanctioned Capex. It will be your responsibility to introduce Good Engineering Practices and standards in various engineering functions, ensure time compliance with EHS observations, and provide training to the team to enhance their capabilities for effective contribution towards department KPIs. You will also oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of utility equipment according to OEM guidelines and cGMP requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to site utilities. Participation in technical investigations, closure of QMS documents within timelines, compliance with internal and external observation points, and timely completion of training-related activities are also key aspects of this role.
