The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily site activities and client interactions independently and professionally. Experience in geotechnical projects is highly preferred, though not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site. Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Independently manage and oversee site execution related to geotechnical investigations such as soil testing, borehole drilling, trial pits, etc. Maintain accurate records of field work, material usage, labor attendance, and daily progress reports. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Communicate effectively and regularly with clients to provide updates and resolve any on-site issues. Coordinate logistics, equipment, and manpower as per project needs. Report to project manager or senior engineer regularly. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum education: 12th Pass or above (ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
