We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Laboratory Technician to lead our laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities: Independently conduct and control comprehensive laboratory tests on soil and rock samples. Manage lab documentation, records, and output reporting as per NABL standards. Analyze test data and generate final reports with calculations and supporting documentation. Ensure adherence to quality procedures, lab protocols. Guide and mentor junior technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality in lab operations. Required Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfortable using graphing tools to create charts and plots from laboratory test data. Proficient in AutoCAD. Understanding of lab protocols. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a NABL-accredited laboratory. Knowledge of soil and geotechnical engineering. Experience in preparing geotechnical investigation reports. Eligibility: Graduate or Post Graduate in a related field. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor with a background or interest in geotechnical field work to manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily site activities and client interactions independently and professionally. Experience in geotechnical projects is highly preferred, though not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site. Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Independently manage and oversee site execution related to geotechnical investigations such as soil testing, borehole drilling, trial pits, etc. Maintain accurate records of field work, material usage, labor attendance, and daily progress reports. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Communicate effectively and regularly with clients to provide updates and resolve any on-site issues. Coordinate logistics, equipment, and manpower as per project needs. Report to project manager or senior engineer regularly. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum education: 12th Pass or above (ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in geotechnical field work is a strong advantage. Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions. Must be capable of handling site and client independently . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of safety practices and reporting procedures.
