Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Center Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process. Role & Responsibilities Achieve Sales Target Ensure Profitability Centre Expense within budgets Ensure NPS Target Resolution of customer complaints Adherence of centre SOP Monitoring and Reporting market trends Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2-3+ years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred
