Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing high-quality interactive German language training sessions, creating and updating a comprehensive curriculum, administering mock tests to assess learner proficiency, offering detailed feedback to enhance learner performance, providing personalized support to address individual learning requirements, establishing effective systems for monitoring and reporting learner progress, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere, collaborating with internal teams to align training with broader objectives, and managing training schedules to ensure consistent learning outcomes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a CELTA certification or its equivalent in language education, with a Max Muller C1-level certification or higher being highly desirable. Previous experience as a German Trainer or in a similar instructional role is essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent proficiency in both German and English, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and levels, exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for education, and display a commitment to continuous professional development.
