Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eDiscovery specialist to join our Legal & Investigation Technology team. This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic data in legal matters, including processing, hosting, review management, and production. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of eDiscovery best practices, experience with leading processing platforms, and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively. Role & Responsibilities Processing: Collect, format, and process electronically stored information (ESI) from various sources using platforms like Relativity, Cellebrite, Nuix, or similar. Apply data deduplication, culling, and filtering techniques to optimize review sets. Ensure adherence to chain of custody protocols and data security best practices. Hosting: Manage eDiscovery platforms and ensure smooth operation and performance. Upload and configure data sets for review in accordance with project requirements. Provide technical support to reviewers and legal teams regarding platform functionality. Review Management: Configure review workflows and assign access control lists (ACLs) based on project needs. Perform quality control checks on processed data and user activities. Create and maintain review sets based on search terms and other criteria. Train reviewers on platform functionality and best practices. Production: Generate final production sets in accordance with court orders or agreed-upon formats. Apply redactions, Bates numbering, and other necessary markings. Ensure productions are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery. Additional Responsibilities: Stay up to date on evolving eDiscovery regulations and best practices. Participate in team meetings and actively contribute to project discussions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all activities performed. Provide technical support to legal team and other stakeholders. Available to support the client under 24*7 process. Handled a team of 4 to 6 members during shift hours. Preferred candidate profile: Working knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and workflows. Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. MUST HAVE: Certification in Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in information technology or Legal Studies. 5-10 years of relevant work experience in eDiscovery. Proven experience with processing platforms like Relativity, Cellebrite or Nuix.
