We are seeking dynamic candidates to join our organization for the position of Billing Executive (Voice Dental RCM) in the night shift. Your responsibilities will include communicating with Dental Insurance to gather details about the patient's dental policy benefits and the status of any outstanding dental claims. A comprehensive understanding of Dental Billing operations is essential for this role. Your duties will involve interacting with patients" Dental Insurance, inquiring about benefit information and outstanding claims, and interpreting additional guidelines that may impact coverage. You will be required to collect benefit information using the specified template. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least an Undergraduate or Graduate degree. Prior experience in Dental Billing is preferred, and familiarity with CDT, ADA, and HIPAA regulations would be advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential. You must also be able to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and work in US Night Shift timings. A typing speed of 40 WPM or more with a minimum accuracy of 95%, proficiency in MS Office applications, and experience in similar roles are required. The benefits of this position include a fixed salary, paid leave, no overtime work, incentive-based target system, US Federal Holidays, fixed weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays, health insurance, night shift meals, tea/coffee, and no salary cap for the right candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule, provided food, health insurance, life insurance, fixed shift from Monday to Friday, night shift, and US shift with a performance bonus.
