Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager CBS & Data Migration Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 7-12 years Industry: Banking Job Responsibilities: Core Banking System (CBS) Implementation & Management: Lead end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Core Banking Systems (CBS). Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and business units to ensure smooth CBS operations. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and security protocols. Data Migration & Management: Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale data migration projects for banking platforms. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security during migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data mapping, transformation, and validation strategies. Conduct post-migration audits and performance tuning. Technical & Project Coordination: Work on SQL, Oracle, and other database management systems to support migration. Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Collaborate with software vendors for CBS and data migration improvements. Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Key Skills Required: CBS Implementation & Support (Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube, Temenos, etc.) Banking Data Migration & Transformation ETL Processes & Data Mapping SQL / Oracle Database Management Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Project Management & Vendor Coordination Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent Experience in Banking, Fintech, or IT Services Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days preferred.
