Number of Positions available: 4 Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 20+ members for CBS software deliveries, enhancements, and maintenance. Manage client requirements, expectations, and escalations, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Own and drive delivery of a business module with complete autonomy. Ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence as per contract. Conduct code reviews, oversee releases, and manage version control. Collaborate with client stakeholders at AGM/DGM level. Must-Have Skills: CBS Project/Module Lead experience on any CBS product. Strong background in Retail or Corporate Banking. At least 5 years of experience in project & delivery management. Proven client engagement and leadership capabilities. Strong team-building mindset and internal upskilling drive. Experience Required: 10 to 15 years (preferably in BFSI or Banking Domain) Educational Qualification: BE/BTech from a recognized university Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of COBOL, PL/SQL, UNIX Familiarity with TCS Bancs CBS Product Additional banking exposure Location: Client Site - Belapur, Navi Mumbai Work Mode: Onsite Only Work Schedule: As per Domestic Banking Calendar (All Saturdays working except 2nd & 4th) Cateina Technologies Office Location 126, First Floor, Shivkrupa Industrial Estate, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400083
