Research Analyst Primary Responsibilities Ensure to deliver maximum volume of work in timely manner. Able to achieve job assignments in accordance with the expectation. Managing service quality and timeliness in the delivery of the work. Develop and maintain Research material and current service knowledge. Timely updating on completion of work to immediate managers and supervisors. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of conducting primary research (Qualitative and quantitative interviews) for different sectors across various regions in the globe. Sector experience in FMCG/Technology/Finance would be preferred. 2 - 5 years of investment industry experience with a passion for the industry and strong working knowledge of asset management or equity research is an advantage Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior executives and use their insights. Working on ad-hoc custom research assignments and produce timely and accurate insights. Target Oriented and Meeting all internal and external deadlines. Flexibility to work in shifts. Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in Business English. Fair exposure to the Market Research industry and experience of 2-3 years in conducting research interviews. Should be a quick learner, team player, innovative thinker and able to deliver results under tight deadlines. Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with very strong networking and negotiation skills. Experience influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Ability to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited direction.
