Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage new product listings for the e-commerce platform.
Deactivate out-of-stock products from the website.
Shuffle product positions to enhance visibility and prioritization.
Perform regular sanity checks across the entire website.
Generate weekly and monthly performance and listing reports.
Experience of Cataloguing products on multiple e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Limeroad, etc.
Create and update accurate product descriptions aligned with actual product attributes.
Handle CRM portal queries and complaints related to e-commerce; coordinate with relevant departments for resolutions.
Ensure timely photoshoots and cataloguing of all products on the company website.
Experience in footwear category is an added advantage.
Work on SAP systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to generate new product codes.

Key Result Areas:

Timely and accurate product listing, deactivation, and catalog updates across e-commerce platforms.
Regular website checks and product reshuffling to enhance visibility and user experience.
Coordination for product photoshoots, SAP code creation, and catalog accuracy.
Handling customer queries via CRM and ensuring prompt resolution.
Generating weekly/monthly performance reports to track listing effectiveness.
